According to Ngugi wa Thiongo the hardest of all to decolonized is the mind. He believed that only the physical dimension of human being undergoes decolonization but to possess the mind trough thr process of decolonization was impossible.
This essay emphasizes the conflict between the dominant and the inferior one. They are struggling to preserve their native language and culture against colonialism. They are fighting for their rights against Imperialism for the preservation of their practices and beliefs. Ngugi believed that only unity or the oneness of the people can make them won.
Through studying this essay, I learned that to preserve one language you must write something using your vernacular language for the superb preservation of one native language.
